My interactions with ALL of the staff was exceptional. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Bruce managed all the financial aspects expertly, Rob, with much patience, helped me with learning all the ins and outs of my new vehicle, and "Ever-Smiling" Tom was a great support team member. Even after the sale was finalized, they all followed up with all the promises they made. They even extended other benefits beyond just selling me my new automobile. Genuine Motorcars aims to please their customers and are "genuinely" anxious to keep and re-keep past and present customers. Keep up the good work guys. See you in about 7 years for my next "top of the line" replacement vehicle. I have no intention of shopping anywhere else! More
