No skeez, no games, just business. What a refreshing experience. Just to demonstrate what "above and beyond" looks like, he stayed with us for two hours past the end of his shift to get us across the finish line for purchasing the car. The dealer as a whole was a joy to work with. Their prices were the most competitive that I'd seen in weeks. In addition, if you want a dealer and sales agent who are familiar with the inconveniences and oddities of active duty life, this is the place to go. Rob Brazie provided world class customer service with my purchase. He was not overbearing as I was just there browsing at first, he went over the vehicle in detail and answered all answers that I had asked purchase. Upon my departure he offered me his card and said he wasn't going to ask for my information and that sold me right then...he was the guy to do business with (no pressure). I texted him a few days later, he provided me with a purchase order, and the rest was history. Deal was smooth and easy...didn't even take 4-5 hrs.', I was in and out. I definitely recommend Pete Moore Imports! More

This allowed us to talk freely about what we like or didn't like about the vehicle without any sales opinions. I moved here from anther state and in that state a sales person has to be in the vehicle when it was being test driven. More

Originally went in to get a Mitsubishi but ended up getting a Volkswagen Tiguan, Did a trade in with my Ford and got a solid deal for it! We bought two vehicles from Pete Moore Imports. Rob Brazie was my salesman both of those times. The first was a 2021 VW Atlas back in February/March of 2021. Jeff, the floor manager, gave us the option to test drive at home for the weekend since my wife was too uncomfortable to make it to the dealership during her pregnancy, can you say awesome! This was really the best thing he could’ve done because my wife was sold since we got to test drive it without the long ridiculous hours some can expect to put in during a vehicle purchase. Fast forward to December 2021, our 2021 Atlas was totaled and we came right back to Pete Moore after trying to shop around for other vehicles. We looked at Kias, Subarus, and even Jeep but none of those came close to what we wanted and the sales experience at these other dealerships was not the best. We really don’t even know why we tried to shop around the second time. Rob Brazie is the best salesman. He is exactly who I walked in and talked to when I went to purchase my 2022 VW Atlas. He didn’t even have any new Atlas there yet so I waited and it came in exactly when he said. We knew what we had with Pete Moore VW and Rob Brazie, honesty. I know that’s a hard word to hear in car sales but Rob is up front. There’s no hidden nonsense at that dealership. Thank you Jeff and Rob for the awesome experience. More
