Everyone I talked to at Bob Maxey seemed to go above and beyond to make sure that the transition from my old F150 to my new F150 went smoothly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professi beyond to make sure that the transition from my old F150 to my new F150 went smoothly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. They did a great job explaining what was happening every step of the way, especially Whitney and Rob, I can't say enough about the customer service from them! JT was super friendly and very knowledgeable; I was able to get through the financing and paperwork fairly quickly! Overall, it was another great experience at Bob Maxey Ford, it has a family feel with an excellent product! Thank you all!!!! More

leased a F150 powerboost, has 450 miles on it, went out one morning to start it and all kinds of warning lights came on and wouldn't start, waited 45 minutes for the truck to start gain, talked to Rob Maxe one morning to start it and all kinds of warning lights came on and wouldn't start, waited 45 minutes for the truck to start gain, talked to Rob Maxey and he informed me this was a known issue with FORD, with no fix as of yet... also told me i would get a call from service department to explain what is going on, still have not received the call from them. i guess I'm lucky it was 65 degrees out while i was stranded and not -20! More
