Once the service tech finally diagnosed after several visits they looked at the 2019 Blazer and finally had to replace the valve body for the transmission. HORRIBLE Customer Service From having to ask Stacie Butcher what her name was, to her inept ability to complete all the paperwork in a timely fashion (5 weeks this past Tuesday From having to ask Stacie Butcher what her name was, to her inept ability to complete all the paperwork in a timely fashion (5 weeks this past Tuesday), to two unreturned voice messages. Email promised from sales person Matt Ferguson, never happened, telling us he did not have my email... he had my phone number. Two phone messages to Rob Mohr yesterday, unreturned. To find out, he out of the office. Really? Main phone transferred me to his voice mail. Does staff not know he is not in the office? Is there no one else assigned to his calls? Stacie Butcher was just the most unfriendly, unprofessional person in car finance I have ever encountered. She needs to be mentored in customer service, looking customers in the eye, and a good handshake with self-introduction. I would not recommend this Hubler dealership to anyone. If I could have cancelled my deal and returned the car in the third week awaiting completion of paperwork - I would have. More

Excellent Service!! I apologize for not getting the names of the people involved in my service visit. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and helpful. The coupon for a free carwash and cookies were just an additional bonus. :) When I went to pick my car up after work it was raining and they were kind enough to get by vehicle and pull it up front so I wouldn't have to walk so far in the rain. We have been customers of Hubler's for a few years and we have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good job everyone!! More

Excellent service from beginning to end I purchased my car at “Drive Hubler”, near Rural King on US 31. the service was so bad, I swore I would never buy another car from any Hubler dealer. I purchased my car at “Drive Hubler”, near Rural King on US 31. the service was so bad, I swore I would never buy another car from any Hubler dealer. I almost walked out many times during my purchase and the Customer Service continued to get worse and worse!!! I was badgered, made to purchase tires that I should never have been my obligation, since there was a big bubble on the tire. As a matter of fact, I had to point out the problem and one salesman even said when I asked why he didn’t mention the problem, “ oh I knew it, I just wanted to see if you would notice it”! What a poor way to do business. But with all that being said, my service on Wednesday was excellent, far above superb and gave me new hope in purchasing from THIS Hubler in the future. 10 Stars!!! More

Great service I bought my car from ted Thompson several months back and today I needed an oil change. Ted in fact made my service appt for me. I drove in to the dealership and Ted drove my car over checked it in got me a nice lunch and sat with me while I waited discussing how I liked my car and such. Service was excellent as always.
