Hassle free, comfortable, competitive, friendly. I had been shopping for a Chevy Sonic, and Budd's GM was so helpful getting me into one at a price that fit my budget. Competition locally were selli I had been shopping for a Chevy Sonic, and Budd's GM was so helpful getting me into one at a price that fit my budget. Competition locally were selling the same car for almost $2000 more...I found one priced right on their website and was easily able to put an offer in. They accepted it without any of the usual company line nonsense ("priced to move", "we don't have any room to move on these because they are already such a great deal!"). They always have room to move...dealer incentives and bonuses from the manufacturer...etc. Budd's just cuts through all the B.S. and clearly just want to get you into a car that fits your comfort zone... My salesperson was Basil, and he was (and continues to be) knowledgable, friendly and supportive. Even after I had purchased the car and had a small issue with the tint job, they were quick to address my concerns and make it right. Very pleased with not only the car itself, but the people selling it. More

It was a pretty good price so I decided to take the drive. I had remembered seeing Budd's along the QEW on my way to Hamilton before. This was my first time buying a new vehicle on finance. I got there and the place was packed, people everywhere, i thought 'well this is intimidating' but it ended up being the easiest time Ive had purchasing a vehicle. Most times as a woman buying a car you are talked down to like you attempted to trade in a Flinstones car, but this wasn't the case. Basil was knowledgeable and helpful and Rob was friendly and made the financing portion (which is not my area of expertise) a breeze! I am extremely satisfied with my new Terrain as well as the service I received. I would 100% recommend buying from here if you want it to go quick and easy. (Walked in Saturday afternoon drove it home Tuesday afternoon) More

Best Dressed Salesman and Great Popcorn! I recently visited Budd's Cadillac to "look" at the new Escalades, 3 hours later I was the proud new owner of an Escalade! Basil Silas is an excellent I recently visited Budd's Cadillac to "look" at the new Escalades, 3 hours later I was the proud new owner of an Escalade! Basil Silas is an excellent person to deal with, very calm and informative. I am not tech savvy, and by the time I drove home, he had emailed me with line by line instructions for something I wanted to do with my phone! As well I found a wonderful surprise in my console that we had discussed! Basil is not only the best dressed person around, he is as great as he looks! I even talked with one of the mechanics (sorry did not get your name) and he was so nice and helpful, as well as Rob Powell in Finance as he answered a lot of my questions also, and always made a point of coming to meet with us. Overall a great experience! Thanks to all. More
