I talked to a salesman and after we agreed on a price for the car, I put a deposit on the car. After I put the deposit on the car, I did not hear from a rep from the dealer for three days. The general manager called me and apologized for a team member not getting back with me in a timely manner, and’s he accepted the fact that they dropped the ball with me and he wanted to right a wrong. After this conversation, this dealership reps treated my wife and I like valued customers. They were very forthcoming and accommodating. We bought the car and we were well pleased with their honesty and service. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership and I also would recommend this dealership to my family members and friends. More
