WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR VOLVO FROM. I bought a Volvo from this dealer in July of 2023 and in November of 2023 someone crashed into us making it a total loss. I was told by the insurance I bought a Volvo from this dealer in July of 2023 and in November of 2023 someone crashed into us making it a total loss. I was told by the insurance to cancel the extended warranty to get the money back. I called the dealer and they said the warranty was NON CANCELABLE. No where in the contract does it state anything about a total loss or anything. They would ONLY move it into another car IF WE PURCHASED another vehicle from them. They had nothing in our price range as we still had another loan from the accident and insurance had not paid off our last car YET. I went to explain this to the manger that we bought another vehicle that was in our price range and he was walking away as I explained everything to him. He was so rude and disrespectful!! Stated that it was not his problem. I would NEVER consider buying another car from this place ever again!!! They are only nice and respectful when you are purchasing a vehicle from them More

My Wife and I purchased a used vehicle nearly 4 months ago and have yet to receive the title. The dealership never said anything about there being an issue with the title. We found out about the issue fro ago and have yet to receive the title. The dealership never said anything about there being an issue with the title. We found out about the issue from our insurance company. I met with the owner of the dealership, Rob Satter Sr, and asked to simply be given a refund. He told me to "take my place, to get in line and wait, and to get used to it." I can't believe someone would treat a customer like this. I hope no one else has the same experience that we are having so I encourage you to take your business elsewhere. More

Excellent customer service! I purchased a 2019 Volvo XC90 a little over 6 months ago. I have never had such an awesome experience. They offer free car washes for life! poor customer service New xc60 delivered to Volvo Cars of WS. When my wife brought it in for service she was told she had to wait at the dealer without a loaner after they New xc60 delivered to Volvo Cars of WS. When my wife brought it in for service she was told she had to wait at the dealer without a loaner after they initially had offered her one thus altering her workday at the last minute. Tire pressure monitor light on and VCWS turns it off finding no problem with tires. 2 days later TPM light on again and nail is removed/tire plugged at local tire dealer. Despite repeated service at recommended intervals at this dealer and requests to have tires rotated as needed the only comment on service paper work was "light tire wear." At 39k oil change Jiffy Lube detects severe irregular wear along the inner aspect of multiple tires and recommends return to Volvo for possible warranty issue. VCWS is dismissive and denies making any errors. The next day all four tires replaced and camber/alignment appropriately repaired at Greensboro Volvo with excellent customer service. No reason for us to decline service on a fleet car as it is covered by fleet company. These guys have poor customer service and poor tire expertise. More
