Crowne and their sales rep, Victor Lema, were a pleasure to work with! They were professional and friendly, and very accommodating. I live several hours from the dealership. They had my vehicle shipped to m to work with! They were professional and friendly, and very accommodating. I live several hours from the dealership. They had my vehicle shipped to me, instead of driven. Everything was taken care of. I traded in my old car. They gave me a fair price. I made the mistake of leaving something on the vehicle.
