Great customer service, very helpful! Jim was great in helping me experience the Chevy Volt. I came in knowing all about the vehicle, and he allowed my dad and I to drive around while he researched all of our question. Upon returning he did a great job going through his research and offered some great incentives. I was also allowed to test drive the vehicle for a few days, something I hadn't even dreamed of! It really allowed me to get a great feel for the car, including how I might personalize it and use it in day-to-day situations. Unfortunately the car did not match my needs, but if the dealership had a used model without leather I would have bought it on the spot. It was a very relaxing and friendly experience at Expressway, I hope for a chance to visit them in the future. More

I never felt pressure to buy one vehicle or another. He is very pesonalble and full of knowledge with both new and used vehicles!
