my sir broke down before I left Sioux Falls they said it was a bad speed sensor its in the shop for the third time will have over a thousand dollars into it waiting for shop to call again fourth time dealer More

When you test-drove the Chevrolet SSR, the ABS warning light came on. We immediately diagnosed the issue and found it to be a faulty wheel speed sensor. You expressed that you wanted to move forward with the purchase and take the vehicle home that day. Since the sensor did not impact drivability, and you preferred to have the repair handled by a shop local to you, we agreed to cover the cost of that repair. Your preferred shop reached out to us with the diagnosis and estimate, and we paid them directly for the repair on April 23, 2025, as promised. If you're experiencing ongoing issues or delays with that repair facility, we sincerely apologize, although those operations are outside of our control. We want to ensure you're fully satisfied. Dear Debra, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the 2003 Jeep. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points regarding this transaction. Frankman Motor Company was not the seller of the vehicle. The Jeep was purchased at an independent auction, where we have no direct involvement in the sale. There is no purchase order, no sale documents, and no money exchanged between Frankman Motor Company and the buyer. As the court ruling clearly affirmed, we did not sell the vehicle to you. Regarding your mention of a "loophole," we want to stress that there is no loophole in this situation—this is simply how the auction process works. Vehicles sold at auction are sold “as is,” with the buyer assuming responsibility for inspecting the vehicle and understanding its condition before purchase. Auctions are independent entities, and the transaction happens between the auction and the buyer, not between Frankman Motor Company and the winner of the auction sale.
