Would recommend I bought a car from here and as we were finishing up they told me they found two problems with the vehicle. They could have just sold it to me and lef I bought a car from here and as we were finishing up they told me they found two problems with the vehicle. They could have just sold it to me and left me to dry but they said they would repair them free of charge. Always reassuring to know I'm doing business with honest folks. More

I wish you would have been more forthright. My purchasing experience wasn't all that bad. But I think someone focusing on integrity and quality would admit to the horrendous smell of smoking pa My purchasing experience wasn't all that bad. But I think someone focusing on integrity and quality would admit to the horrendous smell of smoking partly masked by industrial deodorizer better than to say "there's definitely something going on in there." And, there was a small dent on the lower driver side I found when I got home that suggests something less than full and frank disclosure. I did appreciate the easy handling of the paperwork. More

Great buying experience at Frankman Motor Company I was looking for a dependable vehicle for the Winter in South Dakota. I saw a Lexus 470 GX for sale at Frankman Motor Company. I saw on google that t I was looking for a dependable vehicle for the Winter in South Dakota. I saw a Lexus 470 GX for sale at Frankman Motor Company. I saw on google that they had very high positive feedback so I was encouraged. I met Robby Newell who showed the car even though they a deposit on it. He was very patient and friendly and answered all of my questions. After the deal fell through, Robby called and asked me to take it for a test drive and check it out. We began negotiation and the process was very straightforward and smooth. Honestly, this is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. The whole process was transparent, simple and flexible. I would strongly recommend Robby Newell as a contact person to work with and recommend Frankman Motor company. I will add that the car needed some items to be fixed and offered to perform it at cost to them. More

Easy and fast Dealer was easy to work with and gave me what I wanted for trade and price was right with the vehicle I bought. He gave me great infor Looking on line for s specialty car and found it at Frankman. Inquired on line and had a phone call from Robbie Within minutes. He gave me great information, sent me pictures and made the whole transaction happen from 700 miles away. He gave me options on getting the car to me but I chose to drive to Sioux Fall from Wyoming to pick it up. Car needed some action when I arrived that was taken care of promptly and wife and I where on our way very happy with the total experience. Would recommend to anyone. More
