My experience was average overall, but it came with several frustrations. There was unnecessary back-and-forth during negotiations, including being asked to go back to Mazda to obtain a written quote b several frustrations. There was unnecessary back-and-forth during negotiations, including being asked to go back to Mazda to obtain a written quote before Nissan would provide their best price. This should have been handled upfront, as they were aware from the beginning that I intended to purchase directly from Nissan at their best price. The process was time-consuming and inefficient for a busy customer. Additionally, no one informed me how to obtain my vehicle registration or that it was not included. I only discovered this later through CarMax. This lack of communication and transparency reflects poor professionalism. And their promise of a year of oil changes as part of their negotiation was never admitted that it would be only two oil changes. That was irritating. More
