Robert was fantastic. Always communicated on the whereabouts of our delivery. Took so much time in the vehicle and explain everything before we drove away. We brought the car in Dec. 5 for a 70,000 mile check up and for NYS inspection. We also believed it was time for new brakes. We had to go back several times as the brake parts 5 for a 70,000 mile check up and for NYS inspection. We also believed it was time for new brakes. We had to go back several times as the brake parts were not available or the wrong ones. The car work was not completed until Dec. 24. We have been customers for more than 20 years. This did not happen under previous managements. More

Showing love from CT! !! Hi!! Everyone was so nice. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I was so happy when I saw that they had a coffee machine with coffee cream !! Hi!! Everyone was so nice. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I was so happy when I saw that they had a coffee machine with coffee creamer, sugar, and snacks, (I took a uber and had a longgg ride so seeing coffee was amazing) David S is the absolute best when I walked in. He introduced me to the team, and had me ring a bell and he also told me to come back in six months for a free oil change, which was another plus! Thank you guys so much for including me in the GMC family!!! More
