Back in October of 2022, I took my 2018 Ram 2500 to Waynesville Auto Star for warranty work. It sat in parking lot for about 3 weeks because they had a Colorado on the rack, but they had 3 racks. I had Waynesville Auto Star for warranty work. It sat in parking lot for about 3 weeks because they had a Colorado on the rack, but they had 3 racks. I had to finally go speak with service manager and tell them I needed a rental. He didn’t have one on the lot and called enterprise. I picked up the rental from enterprise on smokey park. They finally got my truck in the shop the next week. A few days later I was told that it needed a filter that was not covered by the warranty. Obviously the filter cost me over $200. I could get the same one for under $100, but they needed it that day. I finally got my truck back and thought everything was good. I was wrong! In May of 2023, I was charge $243 from enterprise for the rental I had. I have now been dealing with this for about 2weeks. I have spoken with Dodge and Enterprise several times. Enterprise told me there is nothing they can do. Enterprise will charge the renter for the vehicle if the company doesn’t pay the bill, even if it has been 7 months later! Auto Star said they would look into it. I have spoken with them several times about this matter, and I am now getting the voice mail treatment and no call back. The bottom line is don’t use Auto Star of Waynesville. You are better off and cheaper going somewhere else in the end. More

AND GREG DONE NOTHING TO HELP AFTER I MADE IT CLEAR I WAS PISSED AND WHAT THEY DID WAS NOT RIGHT I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT NOT A OPTION!! More
