Great experience with Harold as this is the 2nd car we purchased with him. Poor experience with the financial aspect. Was told we would get one amount for our trade in, but a different amount if we chose purchased with him. Poor experience with the financial aspect. Was told we would get one amount for our trade in, but a different amount if we chose another vehicle they didn't want to sell us. I had text messages proven we were to get a certain amount for a trade but it didn't matter in the fianace dept. Honestly not sure if we will go back. More

The last recall was for the towing and trailer lights. They had my Maverick all day and I just found out they couldn’t do it because of parts. Why schedule it? I found out when I hooked up to my utility trailer and the lights didn’t work. I don’t how they could forget to let me know. More
