Serra Ford in Farmington Hills surpassed what I was expecting from a dealership. Previous experience at a dealer in Ohio wasn't great but this purchase really went smooth. A huge thank you to Robert Be expecting from a dealership. Previous experience at a dealer in Ohio wasn't great but this purchase really went smooth. A huge thank you to Robert Bell for delivering great service and a big thank you to Logan Romain in the finance department for an easy and no hassle signing. Robert was great and made the day fly by while working on this or that and he shared some of the lunch the crew had with me while I was there going through the process. A lot of dealerships don't seem to care about used car sales but people would be hard pressed to say that about the Serra Ford FH crew; I was treated like family even though I was buying a different make and model than a Ford. I will recommend the team and the dealership to people searching for a vehicle! More
