He went out of his way accommodating me. Bob in finance was also very good and made the transaction smooth. I would suggest a new way of streamlining the final step when buying a car. One suggestion would be to have a designated person to handle cash sales where there is no financing involved. In the future, i will recommend Biff to my husband, my adult children and friends when leasing or buying a car. He is the best. More

Bif was wonderful to deal with and so accommodating. Both finance managers (Anthony and Edison) also did and excellent job in completing the sale. Bif knew his job well and insured all detail was was take care of thereby insuring my part was as easy and smooth as possible. I guess the best way to summarize my experience is to say I was treated with respect and by a very professional staff with no questions left unanswered. This staff displayed a warmness and truly caring attitude.
