He spent well over an hour with us, allowing us to check out the 2019 & see if it would work for what we needed. After about a week, we changed gears and decided to look at the 2018 RAV4 hybrid they still had. William was still with someone when we got there and handed us over to Robert. He spent over two hours with us, and we ended up purchasing the RAV4. We met people from management, service, and the loan department. All were up front with options and never pushed anything. Combined with their willingness to correspond via messenger, this was as easy as our last car purchase, which was through eBay. Excellent staff. More
