This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They are the most unreputable company. They sold me a car they did not hav without making it clear they did not have it. Then would tell me nothin They are the most unreputable company. They sold me a car they did not hav without making it clear they did not have it. Then would tell me nothing when I inquired as to when I would get the vehicle. Finally after getting very upset with them, they drove the vehicle from a dealer 200 miles away only after demanding my money back. The the GM told me it was all my fault for buying a vehicle they did not have. The Ganley management group is also okay with the level of service. What a great experience purchasing an awesome new Ascent! Mike Olesen was our sales person and guided us through the process smoothly and was very informative orienting us to our new vehicle on delivery. His communication was so appreciated keeping us up to date on the arrival of our car. Also worth mentioning was the sales manager Robert Brown. Robert worked with us as well and smoothly introduced us to the Ascent, which I have unashamedly fallen in love with. This is my 10 th Subaru in total, yes, I’m a fan, and by far my favorite.
