Overall Great Customer Experience I would be surprised if you find another dealership who cares more about their customers than Motor Werks of BMW. The customer experience and support I would be surprised if you find another dealership who cares more about their customers than Motor Werks of BMW. The customer experience and support my wife and I have received has made us forever a Loyal Customer to Motor Werks. We recently purchased a BMW X5. After purchasing the vehicle we unfortunately experienced several mechanical issues. After bringing the issues to the attention of the dealership, they didn't stop until the issue was resolved and made the situation right. At Motor Werks BMW they have a full team to help resolve any issue that might come your way. As many people know the car buying experience can be a stressful one, especially with many people out there trying to take advantage of those who are less knowledgeable. You can trust the staff at BMW Motor Werks that they are there to make sure you are taken care of. Derek Cogdill was knowledgeable and took the time to explain why each repair was necessary. Robert Dunfrund although he already made the sale, remained in the process to ensure his customer got the support we needed. Andy Shah went above and beyond. When we had issues finding a time to bring our car in, he moved mountains to get us an appointment so we could have a loaner to safely driver around in. Chris Lima was so kind and generous to us. He listened to our concerns and made sure the issue was resolved the correct way. Margie Gallagher was compassionate and listened to our concerns and made an action plan. She spoke with us several times and was with us every step of the way. She provided that personal touch that separates Motor Werks from other dealerships. And Finally Mick Austin who took the time out of his busy schedule to reach out. His phone call meant so much and showed that no customer is to big or small for Motor Werks. FThank you Motor Werks! Best experience ever This was not our first time buying a BMW, but it was the best experience we have ever received. We have been searching for our next X5 for several mo This was not our first time buying a BMW, but it was the best experience we have ever received. We have been searching for our next X5 for several months, checking out several dealerships (via the internet) that were located in OH, IN, MI, MN and IL. MW kept coming up in our search and finally had one with the options we were looking for and the interior color my wife had to have (not black!). From our first emails with Mike and Robert we felt like valued customers. Once we had settled on a price and made the appointment the customer service kicked into high gear. Robert called and told us exactly what we needed to bring, proof of insurance since we were out of state, how much could be placed on a credit card, and assisted with possible financing. Robert called the night before and the morning of our visit to make sure we were coming and had everything in hand. Once we arrived we were again treated very nicely. All of the employees had smiles on their faces, dressed impeccably well and appeared to truly enjoy their job and fellow team members. We made this a family event and our girls simply enjoyed themselves. They loved the vanilla bean frappe's and courtesy of the team. The vehicle we were interested in was all detailed and clean, ready for our inspection. We test drove, asked questions, received answers, asked more questions, received more answers, and all with the upmost courtesy. After deciding to purchase Robert then took us step by step through all of the major and minor details of the vehicle making sure my wife fully understood. There was even a button missing on one of the dials and he replaced it himself. Signing the papers and financing were smooth and painless. Since being home, Robert has called to follow up and continues to impress. I could go on. Thank you Mike and Robert for an experience we will tell many about, and will look to your dealership for our next BMW too. More
