I grew up in a small town in Central Missouri (Keytesville)on a farm with my grandparents and three older brothers. My wife Amy and I moved to Kansas City in 1994. My wife is a elementary teacher in Liberty and we have 3 children Olivia, Mitch, and Cole. I played baseball, basketball and ran track in high school. As time has moved on I enjoyed coaching baseball over years. I'm a proud supporter of organ donation as a kidney recipient myself. Robert was incredible! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the car I bought! He helped me get the pricing I was looking for! I had the fastest car dealership experience with Robert as my sales rep. I got there at 4 p.m. on a Friday and did a test drive, traded in my car, signed all of my paperwork, and got out of the dealership at 6 p.m.! The next time I buy a car, I will definitely be going back to Northtowne Volkswagen and asking for Robert! More

The entire sales team is awesome. I'm overwhelmed of their customer service throughout the entire process. I had looked and spoke with many near volkswagen dealerships. Either no callbacks, or follow-ups from one on one Salesman. Northtowne went above and beyond. I first met Robert Goodman. His attitude was great. When he went on vacation I was assisted by Michael Smith. Then when Michael wasn't available Matt didn't disappoint. I knew what I wanted and wasn't going to.settle for nothing else. Matt asked to give him a chance to find my dream car. Whoa, within 30mins. Matt returned my call. Within 24hrs, the vehicle was delivered to Northtowne Volkswagen. I purchased the very next day. To finish the financial paperwork, Thomas handled my personal information with the utmost respect.
