Today I had to bring my 2019 honda CRV for service and they were so nice, the first thing they noticed my registration was expired since September! But they told me not to worry about it, they helped me w they were so nice, the first thing they noticed my registration was expired since September! But they told me not to worry about it, they helped me with that! (Honestly , I have no idea if this is part of what they are supposed to do! But I was so pleased with not having to deal with the RMV, they took care of the service and they also did the inspection sticker...I only when for service but they went above and beyond what I expect..my service rep was Robert! An extremely nice person and was great to work wifor him! More

I am a New Yorker, and my CRV battery (under warranty) died while in Boston. AAA got it started, and the Herb Chambers Honda said "Come on over, we'll help you out." And they did indeed. Staff was unifor died while in Boston. AAA got it started, and the Herb Chambers Honda said "Come on over, we'll help you out." And they did indeed. Staff was uniformly polite, helpful and professional, especially Robert Hall, who was our service consultant. Five stars all around! More
