The representative of whom I was speaking about is your son. And you did not want to resolve anything when I spoke with you. You were just stating that your son is innocent in all this. Ma’am, your son is not innocent and you are both working at the dealership. Your son is a representative in the service department and you are his mom who are responding to all these reviews.
