Service dept not at all sufficient! Certified car?!! Most concerning is Engine light illuminated driving home. Very Unhappy! Car is already scheduled at local dealership for work! The first available appt is this Friday, and I am very anxiously awaiting what they find.
Your service dept also left the fuse box cover AND a light bulb on a wire dangling in the driver compartment, which my son took care of for me.
None of those things should happen to begin with…and shouldn’t be acceptable when/if they do. I’m hopeful about what sort of response and support your dealership will provide me during this process.
