The y fell off my trunk on the word Camry last Thursday we placed an order for it and scheduled an appointment , I couldn’t make money so I went Thursday the 18th had Toyota call me and confirm order was r we placed an order for it and scheduled an appointment , I couldn’t make money so I went Thursday the 18th had Toyota call me and confirm order was ready . I arrived and dropped the car off , 20-30 minutes later I’m told the part (the letter y) hasn’t arrived and the mechanic just had assumed it had arrived . Told me I was out of luck and I need to come back next week. Wouldn’t compensate me with gas or a cash wash for the waste of my time . I work 6 days a week 12 hour days most it’s hard to get off early let alone Simi is out of my way to go home . Just a sorry bud was all I was left with. More

Chase was fantastic! Very calm yet fun energy which was great since car shopping can be stressful. He made everything easy and a pleasure. I had tons of questions which h Very calm yet fun energy which was great since car shopping can be stressful. He made everything easy and a pleasure. I had tons of questions which he was very diligent about getting me all the answers I needed. He helped me figure out the best deal for our family. Helped me set up the digital aspects of the car and help me learn all the features. Also made sure we knew he was available if we had questions. I’m delighted with my purchase!!! More

I’ll start by saying that everyone who works here is very kind! The business is unorganized overall though. I brought my car in for 2 recalls, which I told the representative about on the phone when I set up kind! The business is unorganized overall though. I brought my car in for 2 recalls, which I told the representative about on the phone when I set up my appointment. The representative set my appointment for me and told me she ordered the parts. Rob helped me when I arrived and told me that he just ordered my replacement parts. (Despite the fact that I was previously told the parts were ordered) 3 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything from the dealership. I reached out via their inquiry form online but also did not hear back. I decided to call the dealership and was transferred twice and accidentally hung up on once before they realized Rob was on vacation. I was then told my parts were in and I could schedule an appoints even though Rob was out of office. I set an appointment and came in on Saturday. I was offered their complimentary shuttle for my ride home, which I appreciated! After waiting 35 minutes I went back to the front desk to ask if they had an update on the shuttle since this time I didn’t receive a confirmation text with the ETA and map like I had when I dropped off the car initially. I was told the driver was making a run in Moorpark and would be back soon. Once I went to sit down, I got the confirmation text which led me to believe that the associate forgot to submit my initial request. I waiting around for another 15 minutes before the shuttle arrived. When I returned to pick up my car, I was informed one part was discontinued (which is not their fault but would have been nice to know upfront) More
