It was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If Donaldson fixed the same issue that you had when you brought it to our store, the part was faulty, and they had it replaced under parts warranty. You can contact Stellantis and ask for a refund, but your issue is not with me; it is with the manufacturer. Thanks, Tony Storie General Manager | Doggett CDJR” He did not hold to his word on review , he did not read the review Donaldson did not replace the same part they found what caused the part (fuss array) that Tony replace and charged me for which should have been covered under warranty ( Stellantis states If part goes out that is not covered under warranty but was cause by another part that is covered under warranty then the part is covered) I will be sending all correspondence from Doggett to Dodge in Auburn Hills, Mi and Stellantis so they will know how this dealer Doggett treats customers. A Dealer you buy new truck from when something breaks they want to tell you it is between you and the Stellantis. Should have bought from Stellantis instead from this bad Dealer More

Robert was always my go to person in service and had always taken great care of my Ram and Jeep. Because of Robert’s recent, much deserved promotion, David was the advisor to help me. David very Professional at his job , absolutely tried his best & jump through hoops to accommodate my issues, The mechanics and manager no I was given the runaround of why my radiator was replaced in August best & jump through hoops to accommodate my issues, The mechanics and manager no I was given the runaround of why my radiator was replaced in August. It is still rusty water, and smells , For the amount of money that I have spent to have the radiator fixed for it to not have been properly flushed and only offered a $90 discount and then still left to pay $200 fee I declined, I have brought my truck in for so much work completely dissatisfied with the mechanics department and the management definitely not David’s part he tried his ,, Best , I will be definitely thinking about using somebody else other than the mechanics there, all the people in the service department are absolutely priceless. They need raises for sure each and every one of them are extremely knowledgeable and friendly., More
