Less than a good experience I don't have a lot of good things I could say about the purchase of my new truck. I saw the truck advertised online for $49,000 with 510 miles on it. I don't have a lot of good things I could say about the purchase of my new truck. I saw the truck advertised online for $49,000 with 510 miles on it. When I went to the dealership, they showed it to me with over 3,000 miles on it and still wanted the full online value for it. Plus the sales consultant never gave me the keys to test drive it... We talked a bit about the cost of the truck, what I'm getting for it, and was then just sold the truck. That whole experience made me feel bad buying a "new" truck that I didn't feel quite happy about buying. I can only hope now, I won't have any issues with it when I take it home. So I felt a little bit ripped off and pressured. The sales guy was nice, but I don't feel good about the truck I just agreed to buy. I wouldn't buy from this dealership again. More

The Ford dealership salesperson was nice but way non personal coupled with the fake laugh was just too much, the Chevy salesperson was Worse than the Ford salesperson. The fellas at Russ Darrow were hands down the nicest, most accommodating, real, genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Start to finish they made sure I understood everything, the truck is what I wanted not just what they wanted to sell me, didn’t treat me like a dollar sign, and best of all they were REAL! Both the salespeople & finance people at Russ Darrow Mazda & Russ Darrow Dodge on the East Side of Madison listened to my financial situation, they made such helpful suggestions that made the most Credit sense for me, made sure I understood, and they didn’t judge me for my negative equity & just say oh no we can’t help you. They really took up the gauntlet with my financial challenges & made it happen! I left the lot driving a VERY NICE 2018 Ram 1500 Express with a HEMI! Ooooh let’s talk about that! She purrrs like a kitten, roars like a lion of needed! Robert my salesman went above & beyond my wildest dreams! Heck I even had the pleasure of meeting his twin sons, what’s not to love here at Russ Darrow Dodge of Madison’s east side? Do yourself a favor & forget the rest! Go visit Robert aka Bob the big guy at dodge, or JR/RJ (I wish I had saved his card he was so patient & understanding salesperson!) at Russ Darrow Mazda on Madison’s east side. Both of these gentleman deserve a raise after dealing with me haha! In all seriousness tho, I clearly can’t say enough fabulous things about the Russ Darrow experience I had! From the moment I walked in the doors, to the moment I walked out practically in tears because I was so disenhearted by how terrible I was treated at Chevy & Ford & how freaking COOL everyone was here..... I feel like a member of the Russ Darrow family now. Robert aka Bob the big guy, you gave me faith & hope that not all salespeople are just after the almighty dollar.
