Very good experience..worth traveling 2 hours to save money! I asked to use my credit card for the travel miles and was told I could only use 2500.. I paid 10K down. That was kind of disappointing. Excellent - very user friendly They delivered on their word. I had to drive 2-1/2 hours to reach the dealership not really knowing what to expect. Redefining the car buying experience. As a busy actuarial analyst, my time is limited. This dealership understood my lack of time to sit in a dealership haggling back and forth about infor As a busy actuarial analyst, my time is limited. This dealership understood my lack of time to sit in a dealership haggling back and forth about information I did not care about. I live in Atlanta so much of the discussion was done over the phone and via email. They provided me the information I wanted quickly and much of the communication was done via email which was perfect for my scheduling conflicts. They were not pushy. When they asked about my interest in other products or services and I expressed I was not they moved on and did not pressure me which I greatly appreciated. This dealership also has a team approach to servicing their clients. So much so that when the finance manager asked me who my salesman was, I could not say just one name with confidence because 3 team members serving all my needs as one was unavailable another jumped in. Honorable mention also goes to Chester Sharp for his genuine nice conversation. While each member was excellent, I must say Jeff Lynch went above and beyond. He made sure I was ok even when my old car got a flat and we had to wait for road side service. His job was completely done but he continued to show care and provide myself and mother the 5 star treatment. I am loving my new 2017 Audi Q3 and will definitely return to Audi of Chattanooga for my future car needs. More
