My wife and I came into Genesis of Ontario by chance after leaving a smaller dealership and being very dissatisfied. In a very friendly professional way. Robert was very polite and helpful through the whole process. Also very knowledgeable. We look slightly at the inventory that was there and very, very impressed. The whole layout of the building inside and out very very impressive. The young lady in finance that helped us was absolutely wonderful. For as nerve-racking as buying a car can be our experience with the people that we dealt with at Genesis of Ontario was very nice. More

Don't buy a used car from this dealership! They will tell you they will negotiate over the phone, but when you get there, they will only offer you the car at full price, plus $1400 in required They will tell you they will negotiate over the phone, but when you get there, they will only offer you the car at full price, plus $1400 in required add ons and an extremely overpriced warranty and won't even show you in writing what the warranty covers. They will openly lie to your face hoping you are gullible enough to believe that add ons are required. More
