Robert and Irene are both incredible with their service ability, care and professionalism! This cannot be understated and you should reward them with all the money you steal from your customers. Your fees are ridiculous, including an electric vehicle storage fee for a non electric vehicle there for 2 hours? Are you kidding? I had to pay $250 for a diagnostic fee and then you were going to charge me more in labor than other companies charge for the part and labor. I am a lifelong local and will never recommend your company to anyone, for any reason, ever. We did not appreciate the confusing process used to get to the final number. Too many different people involved.
