Scheduling was online, but I needed to confirm by phone. The technicians were great, walked me through the service, and provided a detailed report. Robert was very nice and professional; however, I was not kept informed on a timely basis. Work done on our ‘24 Subaru Outback was arranged and completed efficiently and professionally.
