The ONLY dealership to purchase from! New customer for life. I have lived in S. FL for 23 years. For the past 16 of those years; I have been a FORD customer. I simply stuck with them out of habit, even though I have lived in S. FL for 23 years. For the past 16 of those years; I have been a FORD customer. I simply stuck with them out of habit, even though I was never given respect or shown kindness for MY loyalty.... In the 2nd week of September 2015, I had to drop my CEO's car at the service dept. Seeing how organized and 'classy' the service dept was, and knowing my Edge lease was up in a couple of weeks, I decided to speak to a sales rep. the following evening. Meanwhile; The Senior Sales Rep at Ford was actually trying to bully (not exaggerating; BULLY) me into purchasing two different vehicles I had NO interest in buying...... from the moment I walked through the front doors of Delray Buick GMC, I was treated like a human being, NOT a COMMISSION..... From Miss Ana De Oliveira at the front desk, to Robert the sales rep, to JC the Manager, and Allan the Financial person - I felt like I was honestly amongst friends...... I had been without work for a couple of months, did not have much funding in my bank, and now make far less a salary than I used to - so my requests were many, and they did not talk me out of the vehicle I wanted...I was happily allowed to test drive my options, then the made my favorite SUV work for me. I was out of there in 3 hours, with the vehicle I had actually wanted to lease 3 years prior, but FORD obviously didn't carry. FYI: if you deal with FORD, you will need to give up 8 hours of your life, and if you opt to buy out your car, the payments go up, you need an expensive extended warranty, and the sales guy gets ANOTHER commission. After this experience, I seriously, honestly, truly would not even THINK of going anywhere else! They are very much into making you walk out with a smile and no worries. Even the extra coverage plans are less expensive/cover more. I am SO happy now, and have received 2 compliments in 24 hours, on the color and look of my Terrain. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS! More

Great Dealership. Love my Buick Encore Had no intention of leasing right now, but after spending time with Product Specialist, Robert Senglemann, that's exactly what I did. Test drove the Buick Encore and immediately loved it. Robert was very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. JC and Robert offered me a great deal. It was very late in the day, but everyone from the time my husband and I were greeted to the end of the leasing process were terrific. Alan Oliveira in finance explained the paperwork and it all went smoothly. They handled the process of returning my other leased car to the other dealership. Robert went over all the details of my new Encore with me including setup of Oncor. It was a pleasure working with Robert, JC and Allan. Will definitely recommend dealership to family and friends.
