Terrible experience. I asked “the car has LoJack?” And he said yes, just sign here. Stupid me. Stupid stupid me. So that cost me $650. I called sales manager when I got home and saw that there was a charge. They basically laughed at me. When you walk through the door under the big sign that says something about how their integrity is their most valuable asset, realize that you have become a mark. More

SLEAZY. Bought a 4 year old car for same price they sold it new. I said I was ok with price but I would walk away if they tried to sneak any rustproofing o Bought a 4 year old car for same price they sold it new. Sure enough, they snuck a $650 fee for a Lojack I don't want or need into the paperwork. Never mentioned the fee. Refused to waive it after. total slimebags. More
