Terrible experience. I was very explicit that I did not want to pay for any extras like undercoating, rustproofing, warranty, etc. When I was signing forms, there was o I was very explicit that I did not want to pay for any extras like undercoating, rustproofing, warranty, etc. When I was signing forms, there was one for LoJack. I asked “the car has LoJack?” And he said yes, just sign here. Stupid me. Stupid stupid me. So that cost me $650. I called sales manager when I got home and saw that there was a charge. They basically laughed at me. When you walk through the door under the big sign that says something about how their integrity is their most valuable asset, realize that you have become a mark. More

SLEAZY. Bought a 4 year old car for same price they sold it new. I said I was ok with price but I would walk away if they tried to sneak any rustproofing o Bought a 4 year old car for same price they sold it new. I said I was ok with price but I would walk away if they tried to sneak any rustproofing or extended warranties or any other extras into the deal. Sure enough, they snuck a $650 fee for a Lojack I don't want or need into the paperwork. Never mentioned the fee. Refused to waive it after. total slimebags. More
