Okay, let me start by saying hands down Arrow Motors are official tissue. I have been shopping around for a 2019/2020 Grand Cherokee for at least 2 weeks now. It has been very stressful to get an approval for a reasonable, affordable monthly payment. I went to 6 dealerships. they ALL B.S me. Honey Child, GOD is good he told me walk in Arrow Motors. I sure did, then I met this cute lil old man name Shawn. Shawn is my guy; he helped me through it ALL. He went above and beyond to get me a good deal. I had a few obstacles, he said, " Don't worry, I am going to do everything I can to help you." Angel and Rob are Dope too. Angel and Rob made wonders for me. They helped me out tremendously. I recently got into an accident where I wasn’t at fault but ended up being a total loss. The car that was totaled was the car I received from my mom so I never had the experience of going to a call dealers but ended up being a total loss. My family has gone to Shawn since before I even had a permit so I knew that he’d be good. Within minutes of me walking in he had a few set of keys for cars he thought I’d like without us even have meeting. All beautiful cars but the first car he showed me I loved! Within a day or two test drove it and knew it was the car for me. It wasn’t like he was just putting me into a car he was putting me into the right car. Deeply appreciate the time he spent helping me find it. More
