***BEWARE*** While my husband's 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz was in their shop for a small problem under warranty, they somehow managed to wreck his truck. Despite numerous phone calls by me, and despite having been passed around from person to person at this pitiful-excuse-for-a-dealership, and promises that they will have the general manager John Donohue, call me back, to date Mr. Donahue has not called me back (in over a weeks time), nor will anyone at this dealership advise me as to who their liability insurance carrier is so that he can file a claim. More

Tim and Josh were very helpful and understanding of our wants and helped us find the right vehicle for us. Our salesman Mike made us feel rushed and didn’t listen while preparing paperwork for financing an wants and helped us find the right vehicle for us. This in turn caused the finance team member to feel rushed and he seemed impatient as a result making comments about the time it was taking / time of day. So though management seemed very nice and responsive, the staff were sometimes abrupt which made us rate the location lower. More
