We miss west brothers! Our salesman was wonderful, profession and kind. No complaints about him whatsoever. Our complaint has to do with the gentley used vehicle we bought. When it was sold to us, the keypad wasn’t working, was told at the dealership it was just the wrong key code, service department was gone, so come back for code..the code wasn’t wrong, the entire keypad needs to be replaced and they wanted $300 for that. 2 months lasted the steering rack went out, and nearly caused an accident with my 6 year old in the car, that’s another 2k dropped. When I mentioned this to the older lady at the front desk, she immediately had an attitude, belittled me, told me to be quiet SHE was talking. Rolled her eyes and was HORRIBLE to even try and have a conversation with. I asked around, and several people who work there, also agreed she has a horrible attitude. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. We bought 4 from west brothers, and this was our first from “Laura” since they took over. Laura Ford, is far from what I expected, and not even close to the professionalism we were used to getting from west brothers. They told me a week ago, they would have the manager call back over the key pad to make it right. Yeah right. More
