He really knows his cars, was insightful throughout the process, and worked with us to stay within our budget while still getting us a great deal. The transaction was impressively fast! I walked in at 9:30 AM and was out the door by 11:30 AM, which I truly appreciated. Frank, the general manager, was also great to work with.
