Luckily Parkway was only 20 miles ahead and we pulled right off the highway. They got us in right away and replaced the alternator on our pilot within a couple hours. After the winter months we noticed the chrome molding was marred with ro Had some issues with the Chrome molding on our new (October 2017) Honda CR-V. After the winter months we noticed the chrome molding was marred with road brine and I could not get it off. I took it to Parkway Honda for the guys to look at there. Bob Windermuth was super helpful telling me he knew exactly how to get it shined back up and did so when I dropped it off. When I came to pick it up we noticed an abnormality on the lift gate Honda chrome piece. Bob said he would replace it for me without my even asking. Bob Windermuth is a super person and was xxxx bent on making my car look like it should. The Honda Company has an outstanding employee in Bob Windermuth. I wouldn't trust my car repairs to anyone else. I took my 2010 Accord in for the airbag recall, and also asked to have the low tire pressure sensor checked. The sensor had been replaced approx. 3-4 I took my 2010 Accord in for the airbag recall, and also asked to have the low tire pressure sensor checked. The sensor had been replaced approx. 3-4 months ago and it was now coming on, then going back off again. When I left the service dept. that day, I was told that everything was ok, and the sensor light was off. I turned onto the freeway and low and behold, the sensor light came back on! When I got home, I called and spoke with Kathy. I told her at this point, I really don't care about the sensor because I never had one in my other cars, so I wasn't coming back to have it looked at again. This does not change my opinion of your service dept. I'm just done dealing with the crazy low tire pressure sensor! More
