fred's alternator This email came to Fred Weingarth rather than Gale. I brought my 2011 Acura when my alternator failed on the day before Thanksgiving. On the phone A This email came to Fred Weingarth rather than Gale. I brought my 2011 Acura when my alternator failed on the day before Thanksgiving. On the phone Adam told me their schedule was packed but if I brought the car in they would definitely get it in to identity the problem. Later that afternoon I spoke with Bob and he explain the problem and my best options for getting it fixed. On Friday morning I stopped in and talked with Adam. He assured me my car would be ready by 4:00. When I picked it up at 4:00 it was washed and ran like a top. I will be going to Parkway for all my service. More

Good and fast service They found a problem with a tire I didn't know about and were able to replace that tire before it led to a problem on the road. Replaced the tire and They found a problem with a tire I didn't know about and were able to replace that tire before it led to a problem on the road. Replaced the tire and a seat belt buckle that was under recall and I was in and out in just an hour. Great job and great people. More

Quick, and thorough! Work and materials were discussed when we checked in. Since we brought our preferred oil and filters, the basic charge was for labor and was known up Work and materials were discussed when we checked in. Since we brought our preferred oil and filters, the basic charge was for labor and was known up front. My Civic’s air filter was filled with bird food and acorns, so it was replaced, other fluids checked, the cars washed and we were done! Very satisfied! A word regarding the showroom! No brochures on the 2019 Accords or 2019 Civics?!? Supply of Civics and Accords on the lot was meager and no Insights in sight? Really hoped to see these, especially the 2.0L turbo Accord. Customers will seek other dealers to find these cars. More
