With the help of Robo and Matt, I was in and out with a new vehicle the same day and ended up finding exactly what I needed—nicer and newer than I ever imagined I would be able to find. Robo is the real deal - he’s honest and works hard for his clients! He got me approved for my dream vehicle on a payment I can afford in spite of some difficult things in my credit history! Sean Gloss didn't push for me to buy their extended warranties and gap insurance, he simply said his spiel and "glossed" over what he was actually doing. I told him that he didn't ask me if I agreed warranties and gap insurance, he simply said his spiel and "glossed" over what he was actually doing. I told him that he didn't ask me if I agreed to the gap insurance so before he put it on I asked the price difference without the GAP insurance, it was minimal so I let it go. When I looked at the final paperwork at home I couldn't believe that he put every extended warranty AND gap insurance in the financing that he possibly could! 6K worth!!! I had to sign and initial everything on an iPad which made it so I wasn't really able to see what I was okaying until the end when everything is spelled out on the final paperwork. They dragged everything out so long that by the end of it I just wanted to leave. It's all part of their sleazy sales tactics and I let them trick me again. Luckily I contacted the Ethos Group and requested a cancellation on "Lifetime Limited Warranty", "Select Tire-Wheel-Dent", "Key Coverage" and "Vehicle Coverage", all of which added $6683.00 to the cost of the car. They used tactics like confusing "four square" sheets and focused on monthly payments over the total price. They use poor Roberto to "prime the deal" because he seems so genuine and likeable. He talks a good game, but in the end he was just another Wolf in Sheep's Clothing! I have finally learned my lesson. They won't be able to "see me coming" next time! More
