The sales process & finance process were fast & easy. The reason for the negative review is two fold: (1) I had to pay nearly $8K more than the price listed on Cars.com after they added a "market adjustm The reason for the negative review is two fold: (1) I had to pay nearly $8K more than the price listed on Cars.com after they added a "market adjustment" that was not disclosed on the listing, and $1K non-optional accessories that were not disclosed until I arrived at the dealer to pick up the car; (2) this was a plug-in hybrid vehicle, and they forgot to give me the charging cable at the time of sale. It took them a week to ship it to me, and they were misleading about the status of the shipment (for example: "it will ship first thing Monday"; "it shipped Tuesday"; "it actually shipped Thursday"). The sales rep Roberto was low-pressure & friendly, and has made himself available to answer a few questions after the sale. More
