My wife and I purchased a new vehicle and had the pleasure of dealing with Ash Shomaly. He was very attentive and allowed us to make an informed decision to purchase without pressure and aggressive s pleasure of dealing with Ash Shomaly. He was very attentive and allowed us to make an informed decision to purchase without pressure and aggressive sales tactics. For example, he brought the vehicle to the front door of the dealership and gave us the keys so that we could check out the vehicle. He left us alone and allowed us time to check the vehicle inside out. It was a refreshing experience because he was very professional and did not engage in the typical non-sense of back and forth haggling. He followed up with us 7 days after the purchase as he promised to make sure all was well with the vehicle. Additionally, our car was so new that the floor mats hadn't arrived at the dealer when we purchased the vehicle. However, Ash, got them ordered and called me right away to pick them up when they came in. Robin Beckner (Finance Dept) was also great. He helped us purchase an extended bumper to bumper warranty without interest by using our veteran's status. We did not want it rolled into our financing so he created a separate payment outside of the car loan which sealed the deal. Last but not least, I want to compliment Raul Prieto who was the first person to great us when we arrived. We told him the vehicle we were looking for and he took time to explain to us which were available and he also provided information on another vehicle that was comparable to the vehicle we wanted to see. He did this even though he would not receive credit for the sale because it was not his turn. He was honest about that but still provided excellent service! More

We were looking for a new Hyundai locally, but disliked the high pressure sales tactics of the local dealer. Even after we told them we just wanted a straight out the door price, they obfuscated. Raul (and everyone else we interacted with at Phillips made the sale easy, answered every question asked (without prevarication). We drove a distance to get there, but I'd always rather give my money to someone who is a straight shooter and low pressure. Also, in this time of COVID I appreciate everyone had hand sanitizer and masks. They got it done in our quick time frame. Definitely would recommend. More
