Great experience! I went in looking to buy a new Sonata. Chris Smith made sure it was cleaned up and ready for me to check out and that I had a great shopping experienc I went in looking to buy a new Sonata. Chris Smith made sure it was cleaned up and ready for me to check out and that I had a great shopping experience. Larry Chouinard was so helpful with me going over all of my financing options and patiently answering my questions. He was so friendly and made me feel at home at the dealership. Even though we were there a little after closing, he never made me feel like I wasn't the priority. I worked with Robin on setting up some aftermarket services. He even went above and beyond to follow up with me on questions I had regarding another vehicle of mine and removing tint. He constantly kept in contact with me regarding the services that were being done. Good communication. Wayne was wonderful getting me through the finance process. He too was patient with all of the questions and/or challenges I presented to him. I have had the vehicle back in to the service department and Nate and Mark have both been helpful, friendly and easy to work with.
