Absolutely EXCELLENT... I have to tell you this dealership is staffed with some exceptional salesman (ie; Robin Beckner) is on the top of his game...Wayne Licka the Fianance I have to tell you this dealership is staffed with some exceptional salesman (ie; Robin Beckner) is on the top of his game...Wayne Licka the Fianance Manager was exceptional as well. I had an experience at Court Street Ford two weeks ago and spent 4 1/2 hours and NEVER bought a car due to that dealership unwilling to deal with me. So we tried here and have mostly drove Chevy Cars and there is absolutely a reason. In one hour 20 minutes I had agreed to buy the car here from Robin... I also note that while at this dealer today they were BUSY and selling cars right and left... The past week at Ford not "one" customer entered that dealer in a 4 hour period... wonder WHY ??? Thanks to Robin and Wayne... I also want to mention one other employee and that is Danielle. She kept in touch with me during surgery and after to see when we were coming in. Finally we were able to come and drove away a happy customer. More

This was a new experience for me, as I have never been able to purchase a new vehicle until now. The first night I came in (Saturday) I had worked with Robin Beckner. It was really late, the weather was bad, and they were getting ready to close but, he did his best to assist me. I came back that following Monday and was greeted by Ernie Hampton. He was very friendly, patient, and easy to work with. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with my decision to make the purchase. He never made me pressured or uncomfortable. There were a couple other gentlemen that helped me with my different options, however I cannot remember their names. All in all, everyone was friendly and made for a pleasant first time buying experience. More
