Service Advisors (Robin) poor communication was root of problem with vehicle not being ready after sitting at dealership almost 48hrs. She communicated via text prior to me showing up to pick up my Jeep & problem with vehicle not being ready after sitting at dealership almost 48hrs. She communicated via text prior to me showing up to pick up my Jeep & when I arrived her unprofessionalism continued with trying to blame me for showing up! Our family have purchased over 7 cars from you guys, Never again! More
