We purchased a used 2016 Honda Pilot from this dealership about a month ago. The process was fine enough considering a typical exchange from a car deanship where they mercilesllly want to suck every last about a month ago. There were major interior punctures & scratches on the passenger seat door, repair $600 extra or haha we can take off $200 from the purchase price, they settled for $300 off. Everything else seemed to be in working order we did a test drive, tested all the functions the car seemed to be in good shape and they WERE doing SOME repairs. We bought it. Upon arrival, using their complementary car delivery, there was a HUGE tear in the leather of the driver seat. Hmm. guess that was our fault, I don't know how we would ever miss that! One of the car fobs was broken & the AC wouldn't work! I immediately reached out and the only response was you can bring it into our garage so you can pay us even more to repair the broken AC. I told them we were going to bring it to our local mechanic- estimate to fix the AC $1,500 This car was already overpriced, now if we don't want to cook in the summer with our 2 young children and our new baby we need to pay an extra $,1500 I am truly disappointed with their service & I would never recommend them to family or friends. We feel they were sneaky, manipulative and not honest or upfront about the cars poor attributes & of course once we were tied in they couldn't care less. Just purchased a new car from McGee Toyota. Being an out of state transaction, I was a little hesitant. I was trying for months to get a good deal for a mini van in NY, prices are sky-rocket down here, dealers in Long Island NY and NJ adding 10K over the MSRP price for the Sienna. The sale rep was Robin Rockwood really nice person, deal was made by phone and emails, the delivery team (drivers) very responsible. In general Really nice experience. If people ask me were I bought the van, I am sending everybody to claremont ;) More
