Friendly and very professional. We bought our car at Herlong, but live in Greenwood, SC. The service department at Herlong is so much better, it is worth the time and money to bring the car back to Herlong rather than having it serviced in Greenwood! I don't know of any other service departments that wash the car before returning it to the customer. More
