Rocky was extremely accomodating and answered every questions we have. He explained every feature of the truck we purchased and made a comparison on what we stand to gain as opposed to our old vehicle. questions we have. When he called me the next day, he didn't have a good news for me. Just kidding Leif. In fact, it was a great news for our family, especially my wife. That aside, Leif explained the end-to-end process in completing the purchase and having complete ownership, which made things a lot smoother.
