The service department (Vito and Denis) were extremely accomodating during my recent oil change/tire rotation and provided fast excellent service. When we got back to the dealership we sat down with Rod and ended up leasing the edge. He was very professional at all times and did not use any pressure tactics while working with my wife and I. Another great experience at this dealer. Enrico Cuzzi and Rod Anderson were great. From finding the truck we wanted to helping us with the options with leasing or buying we couldn't ask for two better salesm Rod Anderson were great. I WAS IN NEED OF A NEW VEHICLE AND WENT TO TOM'S FORD BECAUSE OF A RECOMENDATION FROM A FRIEND. ROD WAS VERY HELPFUL, I EXPLAINED ABOUT MY NEEDS FOR A NEW CAR. I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR AN SUV, THAT I LOOK BECAUSE OF A RECOMENDATION FROM A FRIEND. ROD WAS VERY HELPFUL, I EXPLAINED ABOUT MY NEEDS FOR A NEW CAR. I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR AN SUV, THAT I LOOKED AT THE ELEMENT, CX9, THE TIGUAN AND THE JUKE THIS WS FRIDAY THE 28TH. SO HE SHOWED ME THE EDGE AND THE ESCAPE, I TOOK THE ESCAPE OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND PICKED THE COLOR AND SATURDAY I CAME IN AND STARTED THE PAPERWORK TO LEASE IT AND THAT IS WHEN I MET SCOT MUSBAUM.
