Best customer service! I just bought my 2nd Toyota Prius today, in as many years. Nothing wrong with the first. I just realized I should have bought the Prius Three from the I just bought my 2nd Toyota Prius today, in as many years. Nothing wrong with the first. I just realized I should have bought the Prius Three from the start, so I upgraded to get the "extra options" I really wanted. I have purchased both Prius' from Rodney Lewis and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is first and foremost honest. That cannot be understated. Rodney is friendly, genuine, and provides superb customer service. He sat in my car, both times, and paired my phone to the car and helped me program radio stations. This was a blessing as I am not computer savvy. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to ask for Rodney. Additionally, Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, as a whole, has very welcoming and helpful staff, from the front door, to sales, to finance, and the service department. I live 25 miles from the dealership (and there is another Toyota dealership closer but I find them very pushy) and am more than willing to make the drive as I know that I, and my car, are in excellent hands.
